Maybe I missed something, but the return process felt way more confusing than it should have been. It took a lot longer than I expected, and I kept second-guessing whether I was doing it right.

I messaged customer service, but it took way too long to get a reply and I ended up having to follow up. It felt like nobody was really keeping an eye on it. Not the worst experience ever, but the slow response made the whole issue more annoying than it needed to be.

I had a frustrating time with the communication. I kept having to ask for updates, and when I did get replies, they were slow and didn’t really answer what I was asking. It felt like my messages weren’t being read closely. The item itself might be totally fine, but based on this experience, I’d be hesitant to deal with their support again.

I paid to have my Trainz repaired, but when I got it back, it still had the exact same issue. it felt like a bit of a bait and switch, I thought I was paying for an actual fix, not just sending it in and getting it back still broken

I won an auction and thought everything was good, but then the shipping cost suddenly ended up way higher than I expected. I was like, why is this so complicated? I reached out to support, but the replies were really short and didn’t help much. In the end, it just felt like a bad deal, and I don’t think I’ll be bidding here again.

I was just trying to buy a few things, but the checkout process turned into a mess. The page was loading really slowly, my payment didn’t go through the first time, and after I refreshed, it looked like something in my cart had changed. Maybe their site was overloaded or having some backend issue, I don’t know, but it definitely felt unreliable. I ended up giving up. For an online store, checkout really should be the easiest part.

Am I the only one who expected a better trade-in offer? I sent in my train stuff and the whole process was easy, but the amount they came back with was way lower than I had in mind. It just didn’t feel worth it for me in the end.

"Rewards don’t really add up"
I’ve ordered from Trainz a few times now, and the actual orders have mostly been fine (no major complaints there). But the loyalty rewards feel underwhelming. You have to spend quite a bit before you get anything that feels useful back.
I was expecting the points or perks to make future orders feel a little more worthwhile, but the value just seems small. It’s not a bad site by any means, but for people who come back and buy more than once, I feel like they could offer something better (or at least more noticeable). Right now, the rewards don’t really give me much reason to keep returning.

Shipping took way longer than I expected. My order just sat there for days without moving, and the tracking updates didn’t really tell me anything useful. I knew it might take a bit, but after a while it felt like I was trapped just waiting with no idea what was going on. Frustrating experience overall...

"Website was frustrating to get through"
I tried using the site it got annoying fast. At first I thought maybe it was just my connection, but no, the pages were loading slowly and the filters kept resetting on me. The search was probably the worst part, or actually maybe the filters were, but either way it kept showing me stuff that had nothing to do with what I typed.
Checkout on my phone wasn’t much better. I had to keep going back and forth, and it felt way more clunky than it needed to be. I was going to push through and finish the order, but I ended up getting fed up and just bought from another site instead
